The team and what we do
The Site Wide areas are management by a team of groundsmen working under Olly Stubbings who is your principle point of contact for any issues on the ground. The back office team led by Olly Buck and Hugo Kirby manage the administration and accounting functions and are your point of contact for those areas.

Olly Buck
Director - Ptarmigan Land
Olly works for the land promoter Ptarmigan Land who were responsible for securing the original planning permission for Channels on behalf of the landowners.
Ptarmigan continue to oversee all matters related to the Channels Development and therefore should residents have any queries of a strategic nature they should direct them to Olly.
Olly Stubbings
Estate Manager
Olly has been responsible for the day to day maintenance and running of the Channels Estate including when it was an operational 27 hole golf course.
Olly is based on the Channels Estate and is the day to day contact for local residents in relation to all site-wide estate management matters.
Hugo Kirby
Managing Director
Hugo is co-founder of Ptarmigan and retains an active interest in all Ptarmigan’s developments. Closely involved in the Channels site he takes responsibility for making sure that we deliver.
